Sessions are held at my private studio located in “Tin Town”, Courtenay, BC, that serves all communities in and around the Comox Valley. Ki Fitness & Health is a welcoming, private setting, comprised of three separate training rooms with bright, clean, spacious layouts, and outfitted with top-end equipment – an ideal space for training that will feel like your own!
