We begin with an assessment so I can determine where you’re at and where to go.
I design a program based on the information I gather, your specific goals/needs, and other program variables. Additional one-on-one sessions can also be scheduled beforehand if more preliminary work is needed.
We’ll schedule a session for each program day so I can teach you the exercises and other program details.
Ongoing support is always available to answer any questions you may have along the way. Follow-up sessions can also be scheduled at any time.
Getting With The Program
Program Design Rates
* Program design rates include the program development plus a one-on-one session for each program day.
1, 2, or 3-day program rotation, determined by your training objectives and how many times per week you can commit to training.
Training plateaus are typically experienced after a 4–8-week period at which time a new program is needed for steady progression.
Anyone with a high level of intrinsic motivation, and preferably, some training experience/basic understanding of training principles, as it’s up to you to stay on task and keep yourself moving!
To maximize your personal workouts.
All sessions are held at my private studio located in “Tin Town”, Courtenay, BC, that serves all communities in and around the Comox Valley. Then, you follow your program at home or another gym of your choice, or rent space at the studio for exclusive use of one of the training rooms (ask for more details).
Ki Fitness & Health is a welcoming, private setting, comprised of three separate training rooms with bright, clean, spacious layouts, and outfitted with top-end equipment – an ideal space for training that will feel like your own!
