Knowing what to eat can be complicated and challenging: food options continue to evolve, and we’re increasingly bombarded with (mis)information, gimmicks, and confusing or conflicting points of view.

I will help make it all a little easier to digest.

My overarching approach to nutrition is straightforward and centered around whole food nutrition, primarily plant-based, portion control, proper proportions, balance, variety, plenty of water, plus other lifestyle factors including stress management and fitness.

No magic pills, fad-diets, "super foods", supplement-pushing or cookie-cutter approaches – just the facts and real food.

You Are What You Eat

No ‘good’ and ‘bad’ foods, just foods optimal for health or for your unique goals and needs.

There’s room to munch without guilt, snack without regret, and savor all the foods we love, yet still experience optimal and lasting health.

Follow the ‘80/20’ rule of nutrition: 80% mindful eating, 20% cast caution to the wind (alter the ratio relative to your current objectives) – but consistently eat garbage and you’ll feel like garbage!

Ongoing nutrition guidance is included with personal & partner training sessions.

I can also be consulted separately for $100 per 1-hr consultation.

  • All fees subject to applicable taxes.
  • Sessions pre-paid and scheduled in advance.
  • 24-hour cancellation policy.
  • 90-day expiration date on all sessions from date of purchase.
